The DANAVI App acquires and stores your temperature, blood oxygen saturation level as well as your health status through a set of questionnaires in a secure data repository. All data transmission is encrypted and only you have access to the data. If you use the App as part of the Workplace Solution platform, then your employer will have access to your data.

The DANAVI App supports multiple wireless thermometer and pulse oximeter devices using Bluetooth Low Energy connection. Please contact our customer support to find a thermometer or pulse oximeter that meets your needs.

The DANAVI App stores your data in a secured facility that complies with best security practices and variety of IT security standards such as:

  • SOC 1/ISAE 3402, SOC 2, SOC 3
  • FISMA, DIACAP, and FedRAMP
  • PCI DSS Level 1
  • ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018

The DANAVI App only support 1 thermometer and 1 pulse oximeter currently.

During reinstallation or upgrade process, some of the system data may be retained by your phone or tablet. Try to delete the App data by going to the Settings > Apps > Data and choose Clear Data after upgrade or installation. This process only clears the system data used by the App. Your data is safely secured in our data center, so no worry.
